Returns & Exchange Policy — Diyagar Hand-Painted Crafts
No Returns on Hand-Painted Items
Because every Diyagar piece is hand-painted, made-to-order, and completely unique, we do not offer returns unless the product arrives damaged.
Exchanges for Damaged or Incorrect Items Only
You may request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery if:
- The product arrives damaged or broken, or
- The wrong item was delivered.
To process your exchange, please provide:
- Clear photo/video of the damaged area
- Unboxing video (optional but strongly recommended)
Your exchange will be processed once the issue is verified by our team.
No Exchanges for Color or Design Preferences
Because each piece is handcrafted, natural variations in paint, color, texture, and detailing are expected. These are part of the handmade charm.
We cannot accept exchanges for:
- “I changed my mind”
- Minor paint or design variations
- Slight differences in color, shading, or texture
Customized Orders Are Final Sale
Products with any form of personalization—including:
- Names
- Dates
- Special color requests
- Custom calligraphy or wording
are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of damage upon delivery.
Delivery Charges
Delivery fees are non-refundable.
If an exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
