Are Diyagar products handmade?

Yes! Every piece is hand-painted with love and care. Because of this, slight variations in color, texture, or pattern are completely normal and add to the uniqueness of each product.

Yes, we offer custom calligraphy, colors, names, dates, and themed artworks depending on availability. For custom designs, we share a concept before starting, but once approved, changes cannot be made.

Our standard processing time is 5–10 days depending on design complexity and order volume. Custom orders or seasonal rush may take slightly longer. Urgent orders may be accepted with an additional fee.

Yes, we ship nationwide. Delivery time depends on the courier service in your area.

Since every piece is handmade, we do not accept returns. Exchanges are only offered for damaged or incorrect items, reported within 48 hours with photo/video proof. Customized items cannot be exchanged.

We try our best to match the original design; however, slight variations are normal due to the handmade nature. No two pieces are ever identical—and that’s what makes them special!

Yes! All Diyagar lanterns are functional and can be used with candles or lights (depending on the design).

Yes, care instructions are provided with every order.

•Avoid harsh chemicals
•Keep away from sharp objects
•Handle painted areas carefully

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once work has begun.
